How much time does it require per day to do the program?

The exercises I suggest should not take more the 15-20 minutes per day!

Are the exercises hard to do?

NO! The exercises are designed to be simple and FUN!

Do I need special equipment to do the program?

Most things I suggest are things you probably already have in your home. If you need to purchase something like a small sized ball or stretchy band, they are not too expensive.

My son/daughter would never let me look at their bottom- can the program still work?

Yes! I give several options to assess if the pelvic muscles are working correctly with clothes on to respect privacy.

How long will it take before my child is dry?

The time it takes includes many factors;

  • You must be consistent with the program for the quickest results
  • The length of time you have been incontinent CAN play a role
  • You may need support of a local therapist/physician which may take time to schedule

Each child/family is different as is each diagnosis making it impossible to give an exact timeframe.

Will I have access to the course after I finish it?

Yes! You will have an account with your course on to access as long as you like

Is there a time limit to finish the course?

You can take your time and take the courses at your own pace however for best results I suggest doing 1 session every 1-2 weeks for consistency and best outcomes.
